2026 Presentation Guidelines

Presentation Submission & AV Requirements

Presentation Submission Deadline

All presentation files must be submitted to Rithik Nair (rnair@llhf.org) no later than Monday, October 5, 2027.

Please submit the version of your presentation that you expect to use during the meeting. Early submission allows the LLHF team and AV staff to prepare presentation files in advance and helps ensure a smooth presentation experience.

AV Review & Final Presentation Updates

An AV technician from Encore Audio Visual will be available on Sunday, October 18, 2027, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the General Session Room to assist presenters with reviewing their presentations and presentation procedures.

During this session, presenters may:

• Review their presentation slides
• Confirm formatting and compatibility
• Review presentation procedures with the AV technician
• Replace a previously submitted presentation file if last-minute revisions are necessary

Please bring a flash drive containing the most current version of your presentation.

Presentation File Requirements

• All presentations must be submitted as one single PowerPoint file
• The presentation file name should be the name of the LLHF Grantee/Principal Investigator
• Network Grantees are responsible for coordinating with their Co-Investigators and combining all presentation content into a single file

Important Notes

• All presentations will be loaded onto a central presentation laptop
• Personal laptops will not be used during the meeting
• Both PC and Mac presentation formats are supported
• To minimize technical issues, please avoid specialized fonts, embedded videos, movies, and sound files whenever possible
